You don't need $5000 monitors to mix well. My recommendations for budget studio monitors: - Yamaha HS5 (~$200/pair) - industry standard for a reason - PreSonus Eris E5 (~$150/pair) - great value - Adam Audio T5V (~$300/pair) - best in this range More importantly, LEARN your monitors. Mix on them for months before making judgments. Also: acoustic treatment > expensive monitors. I offer remote mixing services through beatcorelab Connection.
